On July 2, 2026, local time, the CRRC 2025 Mexico Country Sustainability Report was officially launched in Mexico City. This document marks the first country-specific sustainability report for Mexico released by CRRC, systematically detailing the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and achievements in serving the local Mexican market.
Titled "Shared Tracks, Shared Journey: China and Mexico Advancing Together," the report was published in Chinese, English, and Spanish. It aligns with multiple international and local standards, including the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, the International Financial Reporting Standards Sustainability Disclosure Standards, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures recommendations, the Mexican Sustainable Taxonomy, Mexican sustainability information standards, and the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The report systematically identifies 22 material topics, addressing stakeholder concerns across areas such as ESG governance, green operations, employee development, community integration, industrial collaboration, and responsible management. Through transparent disclosure of its localisation practices, the report showcases CRRC's commitment to serving Mexico's urban development with green rail transit solutions and driving synergistic benefits for economic, social, and environmental value.
Moving forward, CRRC will continue to uphold its mission of "Connecting the World, Benefiting Humanity." The company aims to support Mexico's urban growth with sustainable rail transport, foster industrial synergy through localised operations, and enhance mutual trust and shared success via responsible governance. CRRC is committed to collaborating with all sectors in Mexico to jointly advance economic, social, and environmental value, co-authoring a new chapter in sustainable development for both nations.
