SDHG (00412) and SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) jointly announced that on December 16, 2025, Zhaoping SDHG (a direct non-wholly owned subsidiary of SDHS NEW ENERGY and an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of SDHG, as the project owner) entered into an EPC contract with the joint contractors (namely CCCC First Harbor Engineering Bureau, First Harbor Bureau Southwest Engineering, and PowerChina Henan). Under the agreement, Zhaoping SDHG will engage the joint contractors to provide EPC services for the project, with a total contract value of RMB 675 million (provisional, tax-inclusive, subject to adjustments based on national tax policy changes).

The project involves a 100 MW wind farm in Zhaoping County, Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. According to the EPC contract terms, the joint contractors will complete the construction, including engineering surveys and design for the wind farm, switch stations, collector lines, transmission lines, as well as procurement, transportation, and storage of all equipment and materials.

SDHS NEW ENERGY Group remains actively engaged in aligning with national strategic planning and the diversified development ecosystem established by Shandong Hi-Speed Group. SDHG continues to express confidence in China's economic growth, actively integrating into the new development landscape of the clean energy sector. The group is advancing projects supported by China's 14th Five-Year Plan, which targets peak carbon emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.

By expanding its clean energy market presence nationwide, this project's investment, construction, and operation will further enhance SDHS NEW ENERGY Group and SDHG's strategic positioning, business scope, and footprint in Guangxi. This initiative not only supports the sustainable development of diversified business portfolios in the renewable energy sector but will also broaden the revenue base for both groups, strengthening long-term competitiveness and profitability.
