COUNTRY GARDEN Announces Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

COUNTRY GARDEN (02007) has announced that Mr. Luo Jie has tendered his resignation as a joint company secretary of the company, effective March 31, 2026. Following Mr. Luo's resignation, the other joint company secretary, Mr. Leung Chong Shun, will continue in his role and serve as the sole company secretary of the company. Effective March 31, 2026, Mr. Luo Jie will also cease to act as the alternate authorized representative for Dr. Cheng Guangyu, the company's Executive Director and President, under Rule 3.06(2) of the Listing Rules. Mr. Leung Chong Shun has been appointed as the alternate authorized representative for Dr. Cheng Guangyu, effective from the same date. Furthermore, Mr. Luo Jie will no longer serve as the authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process and notices on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Lin Fangzheng has been appointed to replace Mr. Luo Jie as the Hong Kong authorized representative, with both changes taking effect on March 31, 2026.
