WellCell Publishes Interim Report 2026 and Outlines Shareholder Communication Arrangements

Bulletin Express09-24 17:03

On 25 September 2026, WellCell Holdings Co., Limited (“WellCell”) announced the release of its Interim Report 2026. The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.wellcell.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly recommends that shareholders review the online documents, but it also offers flexible options for receiving future corporate communications:

• Shareholders may request free printed copies—English, Chinese or bilingual—by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. • A scanned copy of the Request Form can alternatively be emailed to duqian@wellcell.com.cn. • Shareholders are encouraged to provide or update a valid email address to receive electronic notifications for future releases and any actionable corporate communications. If no functional email address is on record, the company will default to sending printed notices and documents.

Enquiries can be directed to WellCell’s hotline at +86 756 222 9101 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) or by email at duqian@wellcell.com.cn.

The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Qian Fenglei.
