Easyhold Group: Shareholders Deliver 100% Support on All AGM Resolutions

Easyhold Group Holdings Limited reported full shareholder approval for every agenda item at its Annual General Meeting on 27 August 2026.

All six ordinary resolutions—covering adoption of the FY 2026 financial statements, director re-elections, auditor re-appointment, and refreshed share-issuance and share-repurchase mandates—received 19.23 million votes in favour and zero votes against, representing a 100.00% approval rate across the board.

Voting participation reached 19.23 million shares, equal to approximately 13.94% of the company’s 138.00 million issued shares. No shareholders were required to abstain, and no voting restrictions applied.

Board composition remains unchanged following the meeting: • Executive Directors: Chu Pui Him and Leung Yin Cheuk (re-elected) • Non-executive Director: Fok Siu Keung (re-elected) • Independent Non-executive Directors: Wong Che Sang, Zhao Ming and Yin Shilu

Global Link CPA Limited was re-appointed as auditor for the coming year, with remuneration to be set by the board.

Shareholders also renewed the general mandates authorising directors to issue additional shares, repurchase shares, and extend the issuance mandate by the amount of any shares repurchased.

All directors attended the meeting either in person or via electronic means.
