Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell has indicated that the closely watched interest rate "dot plot" will continue to be used "at least in the near term" as the central bank reviews its communication policies.
"At least in the near term, the dot plot will remain," Powell stated at a monetary policy forum held in Portugal. "But we have a working group on this, and we will be revisiting the issue."
