Specifically, the company intends to allocate up to RMB 500 million (or equivalent) to expand its production base in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. The expansion aims to increase capacity for key products such as communication cables and specialty cables. The project includes purchasing supporting equipment, renovating factory buildings, and providing working capital, among other initiatives.
Additionally, the company plans to invest up to RMB 500 million (or equivalent) to build a new production base in Johor, Malaysia. This facility will focus on manufacturing and selling automotive wiring harnesses, heat-shrinkable materials for pipeline protection, and insulating sleeves. The project involves land acquisition, factory construction, equipment procurement, and working capital.
The establishment of production bases in Vietnam and Malaysia is expected to enhance the company's global capacity distribution, strengthen supply chain resilience, and improve market responsiveness.
