This event represents a significant initiative by ChinaAMC in response to the Asset Management Association of China's call, implementing the "Fund Industry in Action" and "One Company, One Province, One University" project deployments. It marks a crucial step in advancing investor education into state-owned enterprises and is another key measure in implementing ChinaAMC's whole-life-cycle investment guidance system within the corporate sector.
**Navigating the Investment Lifecycle with Knowledge**
The seminar featured progressive, substantive content that balanced professionalism with practicality. It was structured around two core themes, delivering a systematic feast of investment knowledge for
ChinaAMC Senior Strategist Chen Yanbing delivered a presentation titled "Building Wealth While Working, Planning Serenely for Retirement: New Approaches to Pension Asset Allocation in the ETF Era." She provided an in-depth exploration of ETF index investment logic and pension asset allocation strategies. Analyzing the current market environment, she explained the product features and allocation value of ETFs, emphasizing their "low cost, risk diversification, and transparency." The presentation also addressed common misconceptions in retirement planning, such as "overemphasizing savings while neglecting investment" and "ignoring the long-term impact of inflation." It offered tailored pension investment pathways for different ages and risk preferences, helping participants build a personal retirement investment framework that is "understandable, learnable, and applicable."
During the event, Chen Yanbing introduced the core functionalities and investment guidance value of ChinaAMC's "Red Rocket" index investment service mini-program. As the first domestic one-stop online service platform focused on index investing, "Red Rocket" was developed by ChinaAMC over three years, refined through extensive effort, and is designed to help investors overcome the three common challenges in index investing: fund selection, timing, and tracking. Key features include: an index browser supporting multi-dimensional screening and valuation queries; detailed index pages presenting information from macro, micro, and technical perspectives, clearly displaying valuation, profitability, constituent stocks, and tracking fund data; an index comparison tool for side-by-side analysis of multiple indices' performance and resilience under different market conditions; an index indicator using a red-orange-green light scoring system to visually signal market opportunities and risks; a hot stock-to-index matching feature that links popular individual stocks to related indices, simplifying stock selection; and the LetfGo tool, assisting investors in constructing diversified, cross-market, volatility-resistant portfolios. The platform provides comprehensive support from understanding indices and seizing opportunities to building portfolios.
ChinaAMC Investor Education Lecturer Jing Tong shared on the theme "Gradual Enrichment: Investment Science for the Entire Life Cycle." Approaching from the three dimensions of life planning, long-termism, and scientific allocation, and incorporating real-life scenarios such as career beginnings, family formation, children's education, and retirement planning, she conveyed the concept that "financial management is not short-term speculation but long-term companionship aligned with life stages" in an accessible manner. The session guided employees to establish a rational investment philosophy of "early planning, slow accumulation, and steady growth," helping them avoid pitfalls like blindly following trends and short-term speculation.
This investment guidance activity focused on investors' real-life scenarios, was oriented towards practical insights, deeply analyzed current market dynamics, broke down information barriers in investing, and helped employees move beyond simplistic financial management concepts to establish diverse and dialectical wealth management thinking.
Participants widely expressed that the course content met practical needs, systematically organizing investment knowledge while providing profound inspiration at the conceptual level. They look forward to ChinaAMC continuing to engage with enterprises and investors, bringing more high-quality investor education content.
