From December 15 to December 24, China Vanke's Donglu project in Beijing officially delivered 874 units across buildings 1# to 26# ahead of schedule. Located in the sub-center of Beijing on Chaoyang North Road, the project is approximately 800 meters from the Wuzi Xueyuan Station on Metro Line 6.
The development features low-density townhouses with 4-11 floors, offering 2-4 bedroom units spanning 65-120m². Launched on November 19, 2023, the project held pre-delivery open house events from October 29 to November 4 this year.
