GME Group Explores Shift from GEM to Main Board; Assessment at Preliminary Stage

GME Group Holdings Limited announced that its board is currently seeking professional advice to evaluate the eligibility and suitability of transferring the company’s listing from the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

According to the filing, the assessment remains in an early, exploratory phase and no formal application has been submitted to the exchange. The board pledged to release further updates in line with regulatory requirements once additional progress is made.

Management underscored that the proposed move is subject to multiple variable factors and cautioned shareholders and potential investors that there is no assurance the transfer will materialise.

The board is led by Chairman and Executive Director Chuang Chun Ngok Boris, with executive director Chuang Wei Chu, non-executive director Chuang Yau Ka, and independent non-executive directors Lam Man Bun Alan, Lau Chun Fai Douglas, and Ng Wai Ming Patrick.
