During a recent live broadcast showcasing the endurance of the new Su7 Pro model on the Beijing-Shanghai route, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun stated that while he normally listens to music while driving, background music cannot be played during live streams due to copyright concerns.
When a viewer suggested playing songs performed by Lei Jun himself, Xu Jieyun, General Manager of Xiaomi's Public Relations Department, clarified during the stream that this would also not be permissible, as Lei Jun's music is similarly protected by copyright.
