On the evening of December 12, Better Life Commercial Chainshare Co.,Ltd. announced that its 7th Board of Directors held its 9th meeting, electing Mr. Peng Yong as Vice Chairman of the 7th Board, with his term lasting until the end of the current board's tenure. Additionally, Peng Yong was appointed as a member of both the Strategy Committee and the Audit Committee.
The Strategy Committee now consists of Wang Tian, Peng Yong, Wang Aoyan, Zhang Lumin, and Li Ruoyu, with Wang Tian serving as convener. The Audit Committee comprises Liu Wenli, Bao Yuhui, and Peng Yong, with Liu Wenli acting as convener.
