This program has been formally designated as a key advanced training project for 2026 under the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau's professional talent development plan, and will be organized by the Shanghai Producer Services Promotion Association. The initiative aims to equip business leaders and technical experts with cutting-edge knowledge to drive industrial transformation.

The training will take place from September 9 to September 11, 2026, spanning three full days. Sessions will be held at the B1-level conference room of China Aluminum Tower South Tower, located at 53 North Changqing Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
Registration Process
Interested organizations should nominate their participants and complete the registration process by September 7, 2026. After successful registration, applicants can check their application status through the online system. A total of 90 candidates will be accepted based on merit, with enrollment closing once all places are filled.
Certification and Costs
Participants who complete the full curriculum and pass the assessment will earn 24 continuing education credit hours. The training completion certificate can be downloaded from the Shanghai Professional Technical Personnel Continuing Education Public Service Platform after 30 working days.
The training is offered free of charge, with working meals provided during the program. However, participants are responsible for their own accommodation and round-trip transportation expenses.
