Registration Process

Interested organizations should nominate their participants and complete the registration process by September 7, 2026. After successful registration, applicants can check their application status through the online system. A total of 90 candidates will be accepted based on merit, with enrollment closing once all places are filled.

Certification and Costs

Participants who complete the full curriculum and pass the assessment will earn 24 continuing education credit hours. The training completion certificate can be downloaded from the Shanghai Professional Technical Personnel Continuing Education Public Service Platform after 30 working days.

The training is offered free of charge, with working meals provided during the program. However, participants are responsible for their own accommodation and round-trip transportation expenses.
