According to monitoring data released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "Agricultural Product Wholesale Price 200 Index" for July 15 registered at 111.62, marking an increase of 0.23 points from the previous day.
The wholesale price index for the "vegetable basket" product category stood at 111.44, showing a rise of 0.26 points compared to yesterday.
As of 2:00 PM today, the national average wholesale price for pork in agricultural product markets was 15.83 yuan per kilogram, representing a decline of 1.4% from yesterday.
The price for beef was 66.90 yuan per kilogram, up 0.5% from the prior day, while lamb was priced at 64.35 yuan per kilogram, down 0.4%.
The price for eggs increased by 1.3% to 9.98 yuan per kilogram, and the price for dressed chicken fell by 0.5% to 17.49 yuan per kilogram.
The average price for 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 4.22 yuan per kilogram, rising by 1.0% from yesterday.
The average price for six key monitored fruit varieties was 7.02 yuan per kilogram, up by 0.3%.
For aquatic products, the price for crucian carp rose 2.2% to 20.65 yuan per kilogram, carp increased by 1.5% to 14.85 yuan per kilogram, and silver carp was up 1.1% to 10.59 yuan per kilogram.
The price for hairtail remained unchanged at 40.64 yuan per kilogram.
Among the 46 key monitored varieties in the domestic fresh agricultural product wholesale markets today, the top five gainers compared to yesterday were cucumbers, cowpeas, summer squash, lettuce, and eggplant, with increases of 6.0%, 5.1%, 5.0%, 3.2%, and 2.5%, respectively.
The top five decliners were onions, cabbage, pork, oyster mushrooms, and cauliflower, with decreases of 3.8%, 1.6%, 1.4%, 1.3%, and 1.2%, respectively.
