UBOX Online Repurchases 0.05% of H-Shares for HKD 1.16 Million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX Online) disclosed a share buyback conducted on 22 July 2026, purchasing 495,500 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details – Shares repurchased: 495,500 ordinary H-shares – Price range: HKD 2.30 to HKD 2.44 per share – Volume-weighted average price: HKD 2.3469 – Aggregate consideration: HKD 1.16 million

• Impact on share capital – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 937.79 million from 938.28 million, a 0.05% reduction. – Treasury shares rose to 8.72 million from 8.23 million. – Total issued shares remained unchanged at 946.51 million, as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

• Repurchase authority and limits – The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 28 May 2026 allowing repurchases of up to 94.65 million shares. – Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 8.72 million shares, representing 0.92% of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date. – A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals runs through 21 August 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and its previously filed explanatory statement.
