Bulletin Express10-20

Jiaxin International Resources Investment Limited (Jiaxin International) disclosed that it repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 20 October 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 38.56 to HKD 38.80, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 38.66 per share and an aggregate outlay of HKD 1.93 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 455.45 million from 455.50 million, representing a 0.01% contraction of the company’s outstanding share capital. The repurchased shares are being kept as treasury stock, lifting the treasury-share balance to 250,000 while the total issued share count remains unchanged at 455.70 million.

The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 19 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 45.57 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 250,000 shares, equivalent to 0.06% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Jiaxin International is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 19 November 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the latest purchase.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that payment for the shares has been duly settled.
