New Amante Group Limited reported its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, highlighting a placement-driven expansion in issued equity.

Issued Share Capital • Issued shares increased by 24.45 million, moving from 122.25 million to 146.70 million. • The new shares were placed on 11 August 2026 at HKD 0.245 each, generating approximately HKD 5.99 million in gross proceeds. • No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month.

Authorised Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

Share Option Scheme • No options were exercised in August; outstanding options under the 14 March 2017 scheme stood at 2.06 million, leaving potential dilution limited to that amount.

Public Float Compliance • The company confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public float requirement under GEM Rule 17.37D(1).
