Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (abbrev. “ES SERVICES”) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange dated 9 October 2026, detailing the latest movement under its share repurchase programme.

The company bought back 200,000 ordinary shares on 9 October 2026 through on-exchange transactions at prices ranging between HKD 1.68 and HKD 1.70, for a total consideration of HKD 0.34 million. All shares repurchased that day are earmarked for cancellation.

No new shares were issued, and the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 1.71 billion as of 9 October 2026. ES SERVICES currently holds no treasury shares.

Including the latest transaction, cumulative repurchases under the general mandate granted on 13 May 2026 now stand at 14.95 million shares, equal to 0.87 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. Separately, 26 tranches of 200,000 shares each—aggregating 5.20 million shares or roughly 0.30 % of current issued capital—have been bought back between 31 August and 9 October 2026 but are not yet cancelled.

The repurchase mandate authorises up to 171.74 million shares for buyback. Following the 9 October purchase, a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in place until 8 November 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.

The board confirms that all repurchases were executed within regulatory requirements and fully funded, with no outstanding conditions related to the transactions.
