Silkwave Inc Announces Current Board Composition and Committee Assignments

Silkwave Inc released an announcement on 5 June 2026 detailing the full composition of its seven-member Board and the membership of its three statutory committees.

The Board is led by Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Mr. Chau Ngai Fung and comprises four executive directors—Mr. Chau, Ms. Hu Manqiu, Mr. Yang Tenghao and Ms. Tian Tian—alongside three independent non-executive directors (INEDs): Mr. Chow Kin Wing, Mr. Lam Po Chuen and Mr. Tam Hon Wah.

Committee structure and leadership are as follows: • Audit Committee: chaired by INED Mr. Chow Kin Wing, with Mr. Lam Po Chuen and Mr. Tam Hon Wah as members. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Mr. Chau Ngai Fung, with all three INEDs—Mr. Chow, Mr. Lam and Mr. Tam—serving as members. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by INED Mr. Lam Po Chuen, with Mr. Chow Kin Wing and Mr. Tam Hon Wah as members.

The disclosure fulfils Hong Kong listing requirements by outlining the governance framework and clarifying oversight responsibilities across audit, nomination and remuneration functions.
