China Galaxy Securities Announces Redemption and Delisting of "21 Galaxy Y2" Perpetual Bond on April 21

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. has issued an announcement regarding its publicly issued 2021 perpetual subordinated bonds (second series). The issuer has decided not to exercise the extension option and will instead redeem the bonds. The redemption and interest payment will occur on April 21, 2026. The payment will cover the interest accrued from April 21, 2025, to April 20, 2026, as well as the principal amount of the bonds. The bond is identified as "21 Galaxy Y2." It carries a coupon rate of 4.30% per annum. For each lot of bonds, the principal amount to be redeemed is RMB 1,000.00, and the interest payment will be RMB 43.00 (before tax). Following the redemption, the bonds will be delisted from the exchange.
