Micron Technology (MU) fell 1.4%. Options flows pointed to cautious positioning, with notable put activity and call selling and implied volatility near the lower end of its historical range, while the company opened a 60,000-square-foot training center in Boise to bolster its U.S. workforce.
Memory chip stocks fell, with Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) falling 1.69%.
