Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (“UBOX Online”) has signed a three-year Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Luoshidaer Zhiliankeji Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Luoshidaer”) on 22 May 2026 to accelerate nationwide expansion of its unmanned retail business on the Chinese Mainland.
Under the agreement, both parties will develop and operate “U智販鏈盟” (“U Alliance”), a platform designed to connect vending machine owners, operators, suppliers and other ecosystem participants. Shanghai Luoshidaer will lead the technical build-out, including blockchain-based data-recording, smart-contract/rule-engine systems and supporting management tools, while also promoting the platform and referring vending machine owners.
UBOX Online will serve as the exclusive operation and fulfilment partner for vending machines and smart cabinets that join the U Alliance. Responsibilities include day-to-day operation, inventory management and service provision for all machines contracted through the platform.
The U Alliance will employ blockchain and Internet-of-Things (IoT) technology to capture transaction flow, inventory and equipment-operation data from connected devices. Based on performance benchmarks, participating machines can earn “U Points” (“U貝”), which may be redeemed for products or services within the platform. The points are not intended to be virtual assets, financial products or publicly tradable instruments.
The Board of UBOX Online views the collaboration as a strategic move to transition the traditional standalone vending model toward an ecosystem-driven framework, enhancing transparency, data integrity and participant engagement. The agreement may be renewed upon mutual consent after the initial three-year term.
