Rongzhong Fin’s April Update: Share Capital Steady at 10 Billion Authorised, 606.80 Million Shares in Issue

China Rongzhong Financial Holdings Company Limited (Rongzhong Fin) filed its Monthly Return (Form FF301) for the period ended 30 April 2026, reporting no changes in either authorised or issued share capital.

Total authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital was unchanged at 606.80 million shares, and the company held no treasury shares as of month-end.

Rongzhong Fin confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as at 30 April 2026.

Share-based incentives showed the following positions: • 2015 Share Option Scheme – 30.27 million options outstanding; no options were exercised or cancelled during the month. • 2025 Share Option Scheme – no options outstanding yet; capacity remains for up to 60.68 million new shares to be granted.

No warrants, convertible securities, other share issuance arrangements, share repurchases, or treasury share movements were reported for the period.

All requisite confirmations of regulatory compliance and receipt of funds related to any securities activities during April were provided by Director Emilie Hoi Yan Wong in the filing.
