ST HLDGS (08305) has announced that Mr. Xiang Congxin has submitted his resignation as an executive director, effective April 10, 2026. The reason for his departure is his decision to pursue retirement and gradually step down from his executive duties. Following his resignation, Mr. Xiang Congxin will also cease to serve as Chairman of the Board, as well as the company's authorized representative and legal process agent. Mr. Li Mengda has been appointed as an executive director and Chairman of the Board, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective April 10, 2026.
