Life Concepts (8056) Announces Board Composition and Committee Membership

Life Concepts Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8056) reported a revised structure of its Board of Directors, along with details on committee assignments. The executive directors are led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Xu Qiang, with Ms. Wu Liyu, Mr. Chan Tai Neng, and Mr. Ho Kwok Wai also serving as executive directors. Independent non-executive directors include Mr. Hui Hung Kwan, Mr. Bian Hongjiang, and Mr. Chen Wenrui.

Under the new structure, the Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. Hui, who is joined by Mr. Bian and Mr. Chen. The Remuneration Committee is led by Mr. Bian, with committee members Mr. Hui and Mr. Chen. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Mr. Xu, with Ms. Wu, Mr. Hui, Mr. Bian, and Mr. Chen participating. This update took effect on 31 October 2025 in Hong Kong.
