IDT INT'L (00167) announced the appointment of Cinda International Capital Limited and Rainbow Capital Holdings Limited as joint independent financial advisors. Both firms are licensed corporations authorized under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities. Their role will be to provide recommendations to the independent board committee regarding the fairness and reasonableness of the offer and whether it should be accepted.
