Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited disclosed that, effective 12 October 2026, Ms. Man Wai Yan has been named Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent for service of process in Hong Kong, succeeding Mr. Ngai Tsz Hin Michael in these capacities. Mr. Thomas Berg will continue as a Process Agent alongside Ms. Man.
Ms. Man, aged 30, is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and satisfies the qualification requirements stipulated in Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17. She brings more than eight years of experience spanning accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and corporate finance.
Since May 2022, Ms. Man has served as Finance Manager at Grown-Up Manufactory Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, where her responsibilities include financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation. Her prior roles comprise Accountant at KOS International Holdings Limited (July 2021–May 2022) and Audit Senior Associate at Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited (October 2018–July 2021), where she participated in audit engagements for listed and large-scale enterprises across multiple industries.
Ms. Man earned a Bachelor of Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2018 and obtained her CPA qualification in 2022.
The Board expressed gratitude to outgoing Company Secretary Mr. Ngai for his service and formally welcomed Ms. Man to her expanded roles. As at the announcement date, the Board consists of Executive Directors Mr. Thomas Berg (Chairman) and Mr. Jan Ankersen, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ms. Yip Hiu Tung, Mr. Wong Kai Hing and Mr. Chan Ting Leuk Arthur.
