Central China Management's Controlling Shareholder Divests 15% Stake to Huang Yongheng

Central China Management (09982) announced that on April 29, 2026, its controlling shareholder Joy Bright Investments Limited, wholly owned by the company's Chairman and Non-Executive Director Hu Baosen, entered into a sale agreement with King Link International Investment Limited, ultimately wholly owned by Mr. Huang Yongheng. The transaction involves the sale of 579.8 million shares, representing approximately 15.00% of the company's issued share capital, for a consideration of HK$33.05 million. Prior to the completion of the sale, Joy Bright held 1.358 billion shares, equivalent to about 35.13% of the issued share capital, while the buyer held 386.6 million shares, representing 10.00%. Following the transaction, Joy Bright will retain 778 million shares, constituting approximately 20.13% of the issued share capital, and will cease to be the controlling shareholder but remain a major shareholder. The buyer will hold 966 million shares, equivalent to 25.00% of the issued share capital, and will become the single largest shareholder.
