CPIC Announces Securities Affairs Representative Change: Wang Qian Succeeds Chen Haozhi

On April 17, CPIC issued an announcement stating that, in accordance with relevant regulations of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and following company deliberations, Wang Qian has been appointed as the Securities Affairs Representative effective April 17, 2026. Wang Qian possesses the professional knowledge, management skills, and work experience required to perform the duties of a Securities Affairs Representative and meets the qualification requirements stipulated in the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

According to her resume, Ms. Wang Qian, born in August 1976, currently serves as Director of the Board Office (Investor Relations Department). She previously held positions including Deputy Director of the Board Office (Investor Relations Department), Deputy Director of the Strategic Research Center (ESG Office), Deputy Director of the ESG Office, and Deputy Director of the Office of the Comprehensive Deepening Transformation Leading Group. Ms. Wang holds a postgraduate degree and a master's qualification.

Additionally, the former Securities Affairs Representative, Chen Haozhi, has stepped down from the position due to work reassignment. "Mr. Chen Haozhi demonstrated diligence and dedication during his tenure, and the company expresses sincere gratitude for his contributions," CPIC stated.
