Goldwind (02208) Provides Guarantee for Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Goldwind Oman

Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (02208) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Goldwind International Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, has entered into separate Long-Term Operation and Maintenance Service Agreements with Riyah Amin Energy LLC and Riyah Nimr Energy LLC through its own wholly-owned subsidiary, Goldwind Renewable Energy SPC (referred to as "Goldwind Oman"). Under these agreements, Goldwind Oman will act as the service provider, responsible for the operation and maintenance services of the entire wind farm following its acceptance, and will provide corresponding availability guarantees for the wind turbine units.

Separately, Goldwind International has signed Parent Company Guarantee Agreements with Riyah Amin Energy LLC and Riyah Nimr Energy LLC. These agreements provide guarantees for Goldwind Oman's performance responsibilities and obligations under the aforementioned Long-Term Operation and Maintenance Service Agreements. The guaranteed amount for each agreement does not exceed USD 7.479 million, with a combined total not exceeding USD 14.958 million (approximately RMB 105 million).

The guarantee period is effective from the signing date of the Parent Company Guarantee Agreements until January 11, 2032. Both Parent Company Guarantee Agreements were signed on January 12, 2026, with the signing locations being Beijing and Muscat.
