LONGCHEER repurchases 0.10% of A-shares for RMB 17.13 million, boosting treasury stock to 5.15 million shares

Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGCHEER) disclosed that on 07 August 2026 the company bought back 467,700 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, earmarking them for employee incentive and ownership schemes.

The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from RMB 36.02 to RMB 37.19 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 36.62 and an aggregate cash outlay of RMB 17.13 million.

Prior to the transaction, LONGCHEER had 465.65 million issued shares excluding treasury stock. The buyback reduced the outstanding float by 0.10 %, leaving 465.18 million shares in circulation. Treasury shares rose from 4.68 million to 5.15 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 470.33 million.

The company confirmed that the repurchase was authorised by the board and executed in full compliance with Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure requirements.
