SPACE GROUP (02448) has announced that under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the company had the right to submit a review of the delisting decision to the Listing Review Committee of the Stock Exchange within seven business days from the date the decision was issued, which would have been by February 20, 2026. If the company decided not to request a review, the last day of trading would be February 25, 2026, and the listing would be canceled effective 9:00 a.m. on February 26, 2026. After considering the facts and circumstances, the company will not apply for a review of the delisting decision under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules.
