China Power International Development Limited reported that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 12.37 billion ordinary shares during October 2026, with no treasury shares outstanding and no new share issuances or repurchases recorded for the month.

The company confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring sufficient market liquidity for its shares.
