Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited (Shanghai Fudan) issued a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026, forecasting strong double-digit top-line expansion and a more than four-fold surge in earnings.
Revenue Outlook Management estimates first-half revenue at RMB 2.20 billion–2.40 billion, an increase of 19.64%–30.52% from RMB 1.84 billion in the prior-year period. The uplift reflects a broad rebound in the integrated-circuit design market and higher orders from downstream customers.
Earnings Surge Net profit attributable to shareholders is projected at RMB 0.80 billion–1.00 billion, up 313.19%–416.49% from RMB 0.19 billion a year earlier. After excluding non-recurring items, core profit is expected to reach RMB 0.35 billion–0.45 billion, a year-on-year increase of 91.98%–146.83%.
Key Growth Drivers 1. All major product lines recorded higher revenue and gross profit amid industry recovery and stronger customer demand. 2. Ongoing product innovation—spanning FPGA, NFC radio frequency, RFID, and automotive-grade MCU offerings—enhanced the product mix and operational efficiency. 3. A fair-value gain of about RMB 0.47 billion from the Group’s strategic shareholding in SJ Semiconductor Company Limited provided a significant boost to reported net profit.
Finalised unaudited interim results are expected to be released in August 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until full details are disclosed.
