Deep News10-23

OSHIDORI (00622) rose more than 5% in morning trading, with shares up 4.83% as of press time to HK$3.15, on turnover of HK$141 million.

Recently, OSHIDORI announced that it would issue 1.18 billion new shares to Nova Scope Ventures Limited at HK$2.70 per share, for a consideration of approximately HK$3.186 billion, thereby bringing in AI strategic shareholder Terminus. After the transaction is completed, Nova Scope Ventures Limited will hold a 14.53% stake in OSHIDORI, and OSHIDORI will indirectly hold approximately 49.60% of Terminus Shanghai (the PRC operating company), a subsidiary of Terminus.

The transaction is classified as a long-term major investment for OSHIDORI and represents a strategic opportunity for it to quickly enter the AI industry. The two parties will rely on their respective industrial and technological advantages to achieve deep strategic synergy and deepen their AI industry layout.

For OSHIDORI, this is a ticket to the AI track. Using AI to optimize AI, it aims to break through the "stack supplementation" challenge of domestic computing power. With an AI intelligent optimization engine and Agent cluster scheduling as its foundation, Terminus connects the closed business loop of "intelligent computing center - computing power leasing - Token factory," providing layered, flexible and scalable AI productivity solutions.
