Deep News06-04 16:01

China's Ministry of Commerce has voiced strong opposition to the United States' persistent misuse of export controls under the guise of national security. The ministry stated that these actions have severely infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, disrupted international economic and trade order, and caused significant instability in the global semiconductor industry chain and supply network.

The remarks were made by spokesperson He Yongqian during a regular press conference on the 4th, in response to inquiries about the US Commerce Department's measures to close what it calls regulatory loopholes in the chip sector.

The ministry urged the US to promptly correct its erroneous practices, cease discriminatory measures against China, and take steps to safeguard the stability of global industrial and supply chains.
