LDROBOT Shares Rise Over 6% Before Noon as Company Acquires 100% Equity of European Premium Garden Equipment Brand SABO

Deep News10-20

LDROBOT (01236) saw its shares climb more than 9% during intraday trading. As of press time, the stock was up 6.51% at HK$22.90, with a turnover of HK$16.0425 million.

LDROBOT recently announced a plan to acquire 100% equity of SABO, a well-known German garden equipment manufacturing and distribution company. Upon completion of the transaction, SABO will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of LDROBOT.

This transaction marks the company's first acquisition since listing, signifying a key strategic milestone for its dual-driven model of "physical AI perception infrastructure plus embodied robot complete machine brands" in the European market.

Public information shows that SABO is a renowned premium brand in the German garden equipment industry and one of the most well-known and reputable manufacturers in Europe's high-quality lawn mower and garden tool sector.

By acquiring SABO's premium brand, distribution network, and localized supply chain resources cultivated in Europe over many years, LDROBOT will significantly reduce the channel construction costs and time required for its intelligent lawn mower robots to enter the European market, connecting the critical links from underlying technology and complete machine products to large-scale overseas commercial implementation.
