Sun Art Retail Group Limited (Stock Code: 06808) published an announcement regarding an interim dividend of HKD0.085 per share for the six months ended 30 September 2025. Shareholders may elect to receive the dividend entirely in Hong Kong dollars, or opt for a payment in RMB, or USD, or any combination of the three currencies.

According to the announcement, the applicable exchange rates to convert HKD into RMB (offshore) or USD will be determined by the Hong Kong Association of Banks on 3 March 2026. The company emphasized that shareholders choosing RMB or USD payments should ensure they possess appropriate bank accounts to process the corresponding cheques. The share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, received instructions on managing the currency elections and settlement process in accordance with the final submissions.

Details on joint holder signatures, corporate execution methods, and specific handling instructions for extreme weather conditions are also set out in the announcement. The statement clarifies that once the interim dividend has been paid according to the authorized method, the company bears no further liability regarding the payout process.
