Alebund Pharma adopts electronic dissemination of corporate communications under HKEX paperless regime

Bulletin Express07-22

Alebund Pharmaceuticals (Jiangsu) Limited announced that, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime effective 31 December 2023, all future corporate communications will be distributed electronically.

The English and Chinese versions of the documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be uploaded to the company’s website (www.alebund.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Non-registered shareholders are required to provide an email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) to receive notifications of new publications. Those preferring hard-copy communications may complete and return the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email Alebund.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and the request for printed materials.

Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar on +852 2862 8555 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice was issued on 22 July 2026 and signed by Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Gavin Guoyao Xia on behalf of the board.
