Greentown Service executes HKD 1.88 million share buy-back; treasury shares rise to 43.26 million

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 460,000 ordinary shares on 18 September 2026 via on-market transactions. The repurchase was completed at prices ranging between HKD 4.04 and HKD 4.13 per share, resulting in a total cash outlay of HKD 1.88 million and an average cost of roughly HKD 4.08 per share.

Following the transaction, Greentown Service’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.0148 % to 3.113 billion shares, while the company’s treasury share balance expanded to 43.26 million shares. Total issued shares, inclusive of treasury stock, remain unchanged at 3.157 billion.

The buy-back was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 20.74 million shares, equivalent to 0.66 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Greentown Service is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 October 2026.
