From Taizhou to Shenzhen, spanning nearly 2,000 kilometers, the health food products of the Medical High-Tech Zone made a concentrated appearance in the Greater Bay Area.
From October 21 to 22, the 2026 Taizhou Agricultural and Rural Projects and Health Food (Shenzhen) Promotion Conference was held in Shenzhen. The event was co-hosted by the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Medical High-Tech Zone Management Committee (Gaogang District People's Government), and organized by the District Bureau of Agriculture, Rural Affairs and Water Resources, as one of the activities in the district's Golden Autumn Economic and Trade Negotiation Series.
At the site, a total of 13 local enterprises from our district participated in the exhibition, including traditional grain and oil deep-processing enterprises such as Yihai and Huifu, as well as medical and functional food enterprises such as Feng'ao, Kunyu, and Methuselah, comprehensively showcasing the new landscape of the full-chain development of our district's agricultural industry.
During the park promotion session, the Biomedical Industrial Park, High-End Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, and Port Industrial Park introduced their industrial carrying advantages and cooperation directions around the health food industry chain investment promotion.
During the signing session, a total of 4 projects from our district completed on-site signing, covering areas such as health food processing and supply chain cooperation.
Fan Yanmei, General Manager of Yihai Shunfeng Shenzhen Supply Chain Co., Ltd., who participated in the signing, stated that Taizhou connects to the river and the sea, with outstanding grain, oil, and food logistics distribution capabilities. The company will fully leverage its supply chain coordination advantages to promote deep linkage between Taizhou's high-quality agricultural products and the Greater Bay Area market.
During their stay in Shenzhen, municipal leaders also led a delegation to visit and inspect enterprises such as Fengnong Digital Intelligence Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Minghu Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd., and Nanhai Oils and Fats Industrial (Chiwan) Co., Ltd., further advancing industrial collaboration between the two regions.
Chen Lei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Medical High-Tech Zone, Deputy Secretary of the Gaogang District Party Committee, and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Sun Dani, Deputy District Mayor of Gaogang District, participated in the event.
From grain and oil deep processing to medical food, from park carrying capacity to supply chain coordination, our district is continuously extending the health food industry chain and promoting more high-quality products to larger markets.
