CHINA VANKE (HKEX: 02202) has announced that Mr. Zhang Yichen submitted a written resignation letter to the company on June 30, 2026, stepping down from his roles as an independent non-executive director of the 20th board of directors and as a member of the board's investment and decision-making committee, among other related positions. Following his resignation, he will no longer hold any position within the company.
