Central China MT (09982) announced that in September 2025, the group's contract sales for managed projects amounted to RMB 767 million, with a total contracted construction area of 122,139 square meters. The average selling price per square meter in September 2025 was RMB 6,277. For the nine months ending September 30, 2025, the group's contract sales for managed projects totaled RMB 8.047 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 20.0%, with a contracted construction area of 1,303,204 square meters, down 20.8% year-on-year. The average selling price per square meter for the nine months was RMB 6,175, an increase of 1.1% compared to the previous year.

In September 2025, the group secured one new contract project, with a contracted construction area of 8,800 square meters. As of September 30, 2025, the group had 13 new contract projects, adding a total contracted construction area of 849,300 square meters, a decline of 44.5% compared to the same period in 2024. As of September 30, 2025, the group managed a total of 248 projects, with a total construction area of 29,485,963 square meters, and held a total of 462 contracted projects, with a cumulative contracted construction area of 56,459,324 square meters.
