Jinhai Med Tech (02225) has announced that Mr. Jiang Jiangyu has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director, effective from January 29, 2026. This decision was made as Mr. Jiang intends to dedicate more time and effort to his other business ventures. Following the effective date of his resignation, Mr. Jiang will also cease to serve as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
