Fibocom Announces RMB 0.234 Final Dividend per Share for FY2025; Updates Withholding-Tax Guidance

Bulletin Express04-23

Fibocom Wireless Inc. declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2.34 per 10 shares (equivalent to RMB 0.234 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 18 May 2026.

The Hong Kong dollar amount, exchange rate, ex-dividend date, book-closure period, record date and payment date will be announced separately once confirmed. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will continue to act as share registrar.

Withholding-tax arrangements are as follows: 1. Non-resident individual shareholders: dividends are generally subject to a 10% individual income-tax withholding; the rate rises to 20% where no tax treaty exists between China and the shareholder’s jurisdiction. 2. Non-resident enterprise shareholders: a uniform 10% enterprise income-tax rate applies. Qualifying shareholders may apply to the tax authorities for treaty benefits after receipt of dividends. 3. Mainland individual investors accessing H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: dividends are subject to a 20% individual income-tax withholding. Mainland securities investment funds investing through the Connect schemes follow the same rules. 4. Mainland enterprise investors using the Connect schemes are required to self-declare and pay any applicable tax; dividends received from H-shares held continuously for 12 months or longer are exempt from enterprise income tax.

The current announcement updates a prior notice by reflecting the confirmed shareholder-approval date and providing detailed information on withholding-tax treatment.
