HKT-SS (06823) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ng Wai Lun as an Independent Non-Executive Director for both the Trustee-Manager and the Company. Additionally, Mr. Ng will join the board of the Trustee-Manager and become a member of the Audit Committee under the Company's board. He will also serve on the Company's Remuneration Committee and Regulatory Affairs Committee. These appointments will take effect on April 1, 2026.
