WIN HANVERKY (03322) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$3.418 billion, a decrease of 5.2% compared to the previous year. The annual loss was HK$189 million, which widened by 205.4% year-on-year. The basic loss per share was 14.3 HK cents.
According to the announcement, the 5.2% decrease in revenue was primarily due to a decline in revenue from the production business. However, this was partially offset by an increase in revenue from the fashion brand and franchising business segments.
