U.S. Stock Futures turned down in premarket trading.Nasdaq 100 e-minis fell 0.37%,while Dow e-minis,S&P 500 e-minis fell 0.1% and 0.2% separately.

    This is normal for both bull and bear market.  Even in recovery to a bull run, the market needs to retrace a bit before proceeding with the next uptrend movement.  Markets cannot continue to uptrend continuously without retracing. As long as humans are still the majority of traders,  we will feel buying/selling fatigue.In a bear market, you will also see an uptrend in between bottoming out.
