SANERGY GROUP (02459) reported no change in its authorized share capital, remaining at 5.00 billion ordinary shares at USD 0.01 par value each, totaling USD 50.00 million. The total number of issued shares rose from 1.71 billion to 1.94 billion, reflecting an increase of 0.23 billion shares.
Public float requirements were met at the close of the month. The share option scheme maintained 0.10 billion outstanding options. A placing on 20 February 2026 at HKD 0.083 per share added 0.23 billion new shares, approved during the general meeting on 19 May 2025.
