The transaction involved 473,400 shares at an average price of approximately HK$70.6317 per share, resulting in a total consideration of around HK$33.5006 million.
Following this disposal, Fidelity Funds' latest shareholding stands at approximately 5.3701 million shares, representing a stake of 5.70% in the company.
